- Solution Type: Steel Push Piers
Steel push piers are one of the most widely used and reliable solutions for stabilizing settling foundations. To ensure the highest level of performance and durability, La Roca uses steel push pier systems.
Our steel pier system is designed to permanently stabilize foundations by transferring the weight of a structure to deeper, stable load-bearing soil or bedrock. Once installed, these piers can also be used to carefully lift and restore portions of a foundation that have settled over time.
Steel push piers are installed using specialized equipment and can be placed either inside or outside the structure depending on the layout of the property. The system is designed for precise installation with minimal vibration or disruption to the surrounding structure.
Each pier is installed and load-tested during the installation process to verify that it has reached stable load-bearing strata. This helps ensure the foundation is properly supported and stabilized for long-term structural performance.
